RSU 2025 - Vota Gilda Unams!

Il mandato delle RSU nelle scuole italiane sta per scadere e il 14,15 e 16 aprile 2025 si andrà a nuove elezioni.
Un grazie di cuore a tutte le colleghe e i colleghi che si sono candidati per la GILDA UNAMS e a coloro che, come membri di commissione e scrutatori, stanno sostenendo questo importante momento di democrazia.

Ora è importante che i nostri iscritti e simpatizzanti sostengano il nostro lavoro quotidiano, recandosi al seggio e votando per uno dei candidati (trovate la mappa qui)  o per la lista Gilda Unams.

 

Onorare un fondamentale dovere democratico
È vero che le RSU di Istituto sono una conseguenza di quell’autonomia scolastica che si è tradotta in aziendalizzazione e che ha allontanato, ahinoi, la scuola dai valori indicati nella nostra Costituzione. Ogni anno sforniamo circa 8mila diversi contratti d’istituto. Un modello di mini gabbie salariali che evidentemente non fa bene ai diritti.
Come sempre in democrazia, tuttavia, fare le “anime belle”, voltarsi dall’altra parte e non partecipare è sempre sbagliato, perché sarà qualcun altro a decidere al nostro posto.

La RSU Gilda Unams non prende ordini dall’alto, è legata alla base e deve sempre operare per essere un punto di riferimento dei colleghi, ascoltarli, rappresentarli, vigilare sul rispetto del contratto e delle norme, combattere contro eventuali abusi dei “cerchi magici” e a favore dell’equità.
Nelle relazioni sindacali a livello di istituto non abbiamo mai risolto né risolveremo i grandi problemi della scuola, tuttavia votare è l’esercizio di un fondamentale dovere democratico.

Materiali per commissioni RSUPer i membri di commissione e gli scrutatori abbiamo predisposto una pagina con tutto il materiale utile, compresi i modelli di verbalizzazione necessari.

Per i candidati, abbiamo predisposto una locandina editabile, ove inserire la scuola ed il nome, per comunicare ai colleghi la propria candidatura.
