DOMANDA PER 150 ORE PERMESSI STUDIO – SCADENZA 15.11.2024

Domanda per diritto allo studio (150 ore) - 2025L’USP Nuoro ha pubblicato oggi l’avviso per il personale docente, educativo ed ATA, in servizio presso le Istituzioni scolastiche di questo Ambito territoriale, che
intende avvalersi del diritto ad usufruire dei permessi retribuiti per motivi di studio (150 ore) per l’anno solare 2025.

Tale personale dovrà presentare domanda alle Scuole di servizio, per il tramite della piattaforma predisposta a tal fine al link:
https://usr-sardegna.it/
a pena di esclusione, dal 17 ottobre 2024 ed entro il termine del 15 novembre 2024.

L’USP non accetta modalità di presentazione delle istanze diverse da quelle indicate con questo avviso.

Il regolamento per la fruizione dei permessi è, per ora, l’atto unilaterale USR del 2021. È in programma, per domani, la riunione finalizzata all’eventuale stipula di un Contratto regionale. La Gilda avanzerà la richiesta di consentire la fruizione di ore di permesso anche per la preparazione degli esami, come consentito in altre regioni, ritenendo inaccettabile che, anche in questo ambito, chi vuole formarsi in Sardegna debba subire un trattamento discriminatorio rispetto ad altri cittadini italiani.

Vi informeremo su questo sito sull’esito della trattativa.

Buon pomeriggio, posso compilare comunque la domanda nonostante il corso abilitante post concorso non sia ancora avviato?

Ciao Daniela, ti consigliamo di presentare ugualmente domanda con riserva. La trattativa per il contratto regionale sul diritto allo studio è ancora in corso.
Chiederemo di prevedere esplicitamente la possibilità di iscrizione con riserva. Il prossimo incontro è in programma per il 5 novembre, quindi potresti aspettare fino ad allora.

Buongiorno, sono iscritta a un Master in Didattica della Lingua Sarda presso l’Università degli Studi di Cagliari.
Alla voce “Di Essere in Possesso del seguente Titolo di Studio” ho indicato “Diploma di Abilitazione all’Insegnamento” (vecchio TFA).
Alla voce “Frequenza Di Corsi Finalizzati Al Conseguimento Di” quale opzione devo selezionare?
Ho dei dubbi e non vorrei sbagliare. Grazie

Gentile Laura,
la piattaforma suggerisce di indicare “il titolo più elevato, indipendentemente dal titolo di accesso”, pertanto si ritiene corretto quanto hai indicato (abilitazione).
Alla voce “Frequenza Di Corsi Finalizzati Al Conseguimento Di” sembrerebbe corretto indicare la lettera d)
d) corsi finalizzati al conseguimento di titoli di studio post-universitari, purché previsti dagli statuti delle università statali o legalmente riconosciute
Nel caso di ulteriori dubbi, è possibile rivolgersi, anche via email, al referente per il diritto allo studio dell’USP di appartenenza.
