Corso di formazione privacy e trasparenza - 25 ottobre 2024

Compila il form di iscrizione gratuita al Corso

Venerdì 25 ottobre, presso l’Auditorium dell’IIS Ciusa di Nuoro, sito in Viale Costituzione 33, la Gilda, in collaborazione con l’Associazione Docenti Art. 33, propone il seguente convegno formativo di 4 ore (riconosciuto dal MIM):

Privacy o trasparenza?

Obblighi e responsabilità di scuole e docenti tra due principi in conflitto.

Al Corso, gratuito, potranno partecipare tutti i docenti, compilando l’apposito form, entro mercoledì 23 ottobre 2024. La compilazione del modulo è indispensabile per preparare i materiali e gestire gli spazi. L’attestato di partecipazione sarà rilasciato solo a chi compila il form.

L’attività formativa è prevista in parte all’interno dell’assemblea sindacale regionale Gilda-Unams, indetta dalle 8.30 alle 12.30 del 25 ottobre 2024.

 

Relatori del convegno saranno:

L’avvocato Michele Bonetti, esperto di diritto amministrativo, pubblico impiego e legislazione scolastica e universitaria, già relatore lo scorso anno nei due seguitissimi convegni tenuti a Nuoro sulla responsabilità disciplinare, civile e penale degli insegnanti.

L’intervento dell’avv. Bonetti avrà come tema Privacy e trasparenza. Responsabilità e doveri degli insegnanti e dei dirigenti. 

In occasione del convegno, l’avvocato Bonetti illustrerà al pubblico il fondamento e gli obiettivi di due importanti azioni legali che la Gilda sta proponendo per i propri iscritti:

  1. Il ricorso per il recupero dello Scatto 2013
  2. L’azione legale per il recupero fino a 24 mensilità per i docenti precari, legato al Decreto Salva-Infrazioni

La dott.ssa Francesca Busceti, dirigente del Ministero dell’Istruzione e del Merito presso l’Ufficio IX – Direzione Generale per le Risorse Umane e Finanziarie, responsabile dell’assegnazione delle risorse finanziarie alle istituzioni scolastiche e della loro gestione amministrativo-contabile.

L’intervento della dott.ssa Busceti avrà come tema La trasparenza nelle istituzioni scolastiche. 

Saranno moderatori del convegno la coordinatrice della Gilda di Nuoro, Maria Domenica Di Patre, e il coordinatore regionale Gianfranco Meloni.
